Cutting and Welding
We use automatic laser cutter and CNC band saws to cut tubes to increase accuracy and productivity. We weld by
robot machine to ensure the high quality. Surface is very beautiful.
Shot Blasting and Painting
We use shot blasting machine to do surface grinding of the tubes. It can remove rust and increase the adhesion
of zinc powder and plastic powder.After shot blasting, we use Zinc Powder and Plastic Powder to spray the surface.
Anti-rust ability is very high.
